Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 15, 2026

These Terms govern access to and use of the DeepDiveTech Meta Command Center (the "Service"), provided by DeepDive Media ("DeepDiveTech", "we", "us"). By signing in or by connecting a Meta Business Manager to the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

1.The Service

The Service is a media-buying console that lets authorised users connect one or more Meta Business Managers, view ad performance metrics, manage campaign status (pause, enable, clone), and browse Pages owned or shared with those Business Managers. Functionality depends on Meta's Marketing API and Pages API; their availability, rate limits, and policy changes affect what the Service can do.

2.Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Sign-in is via Google. Account creation requires a valid Google Workspace identity that your administrator has approved.
  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and connected Meta tokens confidential. Promptly notify us of any unauthorised use.
  • We may decline, suspend, or remove access when misuse, policy violations, or security risks are detected.

3.Permitted use

You may use the Service to monitor and manage Meta Business Manager assets you are authorised to operate, in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms, Meta's Advertising Standards, and all applicable laws.

You must not:

  • Connect a Business Manager you are not authorised to operate
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract Meta data outside the documented API endpoints we already integrate with
  • Use the Service to operate ads that violate Meta's policies (deceptive content, restricted goods, fraud, trademark infringement, etc.)
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or the data it surfaces without our written consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, our infrastructure, or Meta's platform

4.Compliance with Meta platform policies

The Service operates on top of Meta's Marketing API and Pages API. Your use of the Service is subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Violations of those policies may be sanctioned by Meta independently of any action we take. You are responsible for maintaining good standing with Meta for any BM you connect.

5.Your data

How we handle data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. In summary: we read entity metadata and aggregated performance metrics from Meta solely to render the Service; we do not collect consumer-level data; we do not sell or share data with advertising networks; you can request deletion at any time via our Data Deletion Instructions.

6.Fees

The Service is currently provided to authorised teams without fees. If we introduce paid plans in the future, pricing and billing terms will be communicated in advance and agreed separately.

7.Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, and content are owned by DeepDive Media and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the data in your connected Business Managers; you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that data solely to operate the Service for you.

"DeepDiveTech", "DeepDive Media", and associated marks are trademarks of their respective owners. "Facebook", "Meta", and related marks are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. — used here only to identify the platform we integrate with. The Service is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta.

8.Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific campaign outcomes, or that Meta's API will remain available or behave as expected.

9.Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEEPDIVE MEDIA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (which may be zero).

10.Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify DeepDive Media against any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, Meta's platform policies, or applicable law.

11.Termination

Either party may terminate access at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will delete or anonymise your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature survive termination (Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, Governing Law) will continue to apply.

12.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Mohali, Punjab, India, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws require otherwise.

13.Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-product and the Effective Date will be updated. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
